Product Description

The MegaDeck® HD Advanced Composite Mat System provides a safe, cost-effective surface for year-round, all-weather performance. The mats are made of high-performance HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene- with special impact modifiers that incorporate UV resistance and anti-static properties) for a strong, durable, uniform surface that can be used for any industry that requires access in special environments, the stabilization for heavy equipment or simple ground protection.

The load bearing capacity is 4500tons/600psi and has a flammability resistance of UL94HB. Each mat can cover 7.85m², the connection system between the mat is proprietary, self-aligning, aluminum cam S² lock system that connects the overlapping flange from adjacent mats with a simple twist of a standard T-bar.
